Road Trippin' Through The Xenaverse

September Road Trip Thread. Abby Dawg and I are spending the night in Fort Worth, TX. I need to be home Saturday, so we're gonna have to do some serious driving on Friday. I've been finding parks for Abby along the way, so she's really enjoyed this trip a lot more than the others she's been on. At least, I think she's enjoyed it. But I know she'll be happy to get back home to her (many) boyfriends, our lake, and her favorite park. (A river runs through it and she loves to swim in it with her park pals.)

Sedona Luna: The rock formations in Sedona are still beautiful. Even if the tourist industry has taken over and houses are being built almost everywhere. Oh, and don't even try to drive through there on the weekends. Gods, it was bumper to bumper, the roads are all torn up and there are too many pedestrians and bikes. Oy!

    Not "bark," Abby Dawg, "ark." Oy. Abby and I went to the park while it wasn't raining and got around one and a half times...and then the rain caught us on the back sie of the mile-long track. Gods, did we ever get wet. But she didn't freak out about the rain like she usually does. She and Bannon had been splashing through really big puddles, they were already soaked. By the time we got back to our cars, Samara and I were soaked too. Good thing I didn't take my camera! Oy ve. ;)
